Established in 1889 and incorporated in 1904, the Visiting Nurse Association provides home care, hospice at home and wellness services across a 14-county area from Boulder south to Pueblo, Colorado. Medical and non-medical home care services are available on an intermittent basis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Corporate and community wellness screenings and immunizations, including foot care services for seniors and flu shots, are available by appointment on an individual or group clinic basis. |
